Northgate HomeCare™ Cancellation & Service Policy

Billing & Payment

  • Northgate HomeCare™ is a $49/month subscription billed annually in a single payment of $588.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless canceled.

Service Scheduling & Responsibility

  • It is the homeowner’s responsibility to schedule all included inspections and maintenance services within the calendar year.

  • Missed services do not roll over into the following year.

  • No refunds will be issued for unclaimed services or missed inspections.

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel your auto-renewal, you must contact us before your renewal date by:

  • If your subscription auto-renews and you did not cancel in advance, you have 30 days from the renewal date to request a cancellation and a refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after the 30-day grace period.
